Macro shifts
The world is moving on quietly. Most people notice only after the shift has happened. The businesses that scale build ahead of the change.
You've built a real business: revenue, customers, a team. But growth has stopped matching the effort you're putting in.
Book A Free Business Diagnostic CallRevenue has plateaued even though you're working harder than last year.
You've hired, spent on marketing, changed vendors — and the ceiling has not moved.
Sales feel inconsistent, and you cannot point to exactly why.
Your team stays busy, but the business does not feel like it's compounding.
You've solved this exact problem before — and it's back again.
We step in when tactical adjustments stop working. While every business is different, operators typically bring us in to solve structural bottlenecks like:
The product is strong, but conversion is sluggish and predictable revenue is missing. We bridge the gap between what you built and what the market is motivated to buy.
What has changed outside the business?
Are you playing in the right market, with the right buyer story?
Are sales, channels, pricing, and customer acquisition repeatable?
Are roles, incentives, decisions, and operating cadences supporting growth?
Where can digital, automation, data, or AI improve growth, margin, speed, or control?
Why are customers not buying, upgrading, trusting, or switching as expected?
The world is moving on quietly. Most people notice only after the shift has happened. The businesses that scale build ahead of the change.
You may be playing the right game on the wrong field. Where you show up decides who finds you, what you charge, and who you attract.
Your systems may not be built for growth. When what gets rewarded doesn't match what growth requires, effort stops compounding.
Your buyer does not decide with logic alone. Instinct, emotion, and fear drive the decision more than reason does.
A technology company had built impressive video analytics capability. The product worked, but sales cycles were long. The presenting problem was positioning; the real problem was identity.
Describing themselves as ‘video analytics’ made buyers think of cameras, not outcomes. Underneath was business intelligence that helped organisations act faster. Reframing this shortened sales cycles because buyers immediately understood the stakes.
If this feels close to the problem you're carrying, start with one direct conversation.
Book Free Brainstorm

Each one builds on the last — a graduated path from first conversation to sustained partnership.
A structured conversation on your business problem. You walk away with an initial read on where your constraints are likely sitting. This is not a sales call — it is a preview of the methodology, and the first act of the diagnostic itself.
BOOK YOUR FREE BRAINSTORMThe full diagnostic. We go deep across all six axes — interviews, data review, market context analysis. You receive the complete diagnostic package: root-cause diagnosis, constraint map, prioritised interventions, and a 90-day action agenda.
For founders and business owners who want to move from diagnosis to execution. We convert the diagnostic into clear priorities, owner-level decisions, and operating changes — and work alongside the leadership team for 90 days to make them stick.
Optional implementation support available through our partner network.
For those who want a sustained thinking partner. We stay close to the business, track progress on the constraint map, and bring foresight and strategic input as the business evolves.
I've always been drawn to the intersections — where ideas, disciplines, and human motivations meet. That curiosity shaped a career that didn't follow a straight line. I've been a founder, a corporate strategist, a consultant. I've navigated the same uncertainty and blind spots that the founders and business owners we work with bring to us.
What that range taught me is that the hardest problems rarely sit in one domain. They live between things — between where the world is heading and what a business is built for, between what a team is incentivised to do and what growth actually requires, between how a founder sees their business and how the market experiences it.
At With/Care, we work on problems at that depth. My partner Ranjit Damodaran brings twenty years of strategy and transformation across IBM, Ericsson, and consulting — where I focus on diagnosis and direction, Ranjit brings the operational depth to make change stick. Beyond the two of us, we draw on a close network of peers who have built and led at Meta, Google, Microsoft, and Amazon — as well as founders who have navigated the same inflection points. We bring them in when the problem calls for it.
We work with a small number of clients at a time. Not to offer quick fixes, but to find what will actually endure. That's important to us.
